Whether your clinic uses Avimark, Cornerstone, Impromed, or any other PIMS, Widget Mode makes it effortless to transfer medical notes directly from Scribenote into your existing records - no manual window juggling or downloads required.

What Is Widget Mode?

Widget Mode is a floating pop-up window that lets you easily view and transfer notes into your PIMS or medical record software, without disrupting your workflow.

Whether you’re finishing a consult or updating a patient file in Avimark, Cornerstone, Impromed, or any other PIMS, Widget Mode keeps everything seamless and efficient. Just click the Widget Mode button in your inbox to get started.

How to Get Started with Widget Mode

1. Open Widget Mode: Click the Widget Mode button found alongside your Inbox. A moveable pop-up window will appear on your screen.
2. Transfer Your Notes in Two Easy Ways:
   • Draggy-Droppy: Click and hold the button, then drag the content to your PIMS' text box.
   • Click to Copy: Click the section you'd like to copy, then paste the content where you need it using Ctrl + V or right-click → Paste.
3. Mark as Exported: Once you’ve finished transferring, click Mark as Exported. The note will move to your Exported tab in the expanded Inbox.

If you’re currently using Scribenote’s Desktop Widget, don’t worry: it will continue to work. However, going forward, Widget Mode will receive all functional improvements and new features.
