These updates are designed to simplify your workflow and improve accuracy, even during your busiest days.

How to Use Scribenote’s Multi-Pet Auto-Note Type

Simplifying Notes for Appointments with 2-3 Pets

Multi-pet appointments are common, and until now, recording notes for these visits meant juggling SOAPs for each pet individually. With Multi-Pet, you can document findings for 2-3 pets simultaneously without missing a (heart) beat.

How It Works:

• Clear Separation: Multi-Pet ensures each pet's name is included in your notes, maintaining clarity and preventing mix-ups.
• Efficient Transitions: Articulate each pet's findings as you go, even if you are switching back and forth between animals, the AI will generate accurate, distinct SOAPs for each pet.
• Tailored for Small Groups: Perfect for appointments involving duos or trios, such as routine wellness exams.

Pro Tip: Be explicit about each pet’s name when discussing findings, especially during transitions between pets. This helps Scribenote generate the cleanest and most accurate notes possible.

How to Use Scribenote’s Pack Mode Auto-Note Type

Notes Designed for Exams Involving Groups of 4+ Animals

Whether you're seeing a litter of puppies, a flock of birds, or a school of fish, documenting group exams just got a lot easier with Pack Mode. This auto-note type allows you to streamline notes for groups of four or more animals, making it ideal for large-scale wellness checks, herd health visits, or litter evaluations.

How It Works:

• Group Dynamics: Pack Mode recognizes the unique needs of group exams and adapts its structure to accommodate findings for litters, packs, herds, colonies, broods, pods, flocks, and schools.
• Efficiency at Scale: Consolidate common observations for the group while noting individual variances as needed.
• Real-Time Updates: This feature is updated dynamically and optimized to reduce the time spent documenting complex cases.

Important Note: Pack Mode is currently in BETA and is not yet compatible with emergency room rounds. However, stay tuned—it’s expected to be optimized for ER use in early 2025!

As usual, you can continue to use Medical Records for appointments when examining just one pet!
