Do We Integrate Into Any PIMS?

While we work with all softwares, we don’t automatically integrate into your PIMS for you. But don’t fret! Scribenote comes with a handy downloadable desktop widget that allows you to drag and drop your completed notes into your software or simply copy and paste them into your PIMS fields.

And here’s the cherry on top: we’ll soon launch Adaptive Templates, allowing you to insert your own PDF template. This means transferring notes will be easier and more accurate than ever! So keep an eye open for more details coming *very soon* (hint-hint)!

Can I Use Scribenote if My Appointment is in a Different Language?

Absolutely! We understand that not every clinic practices in English and we aim to make Scribenote accessible no matter the language. Once you create your account, just reach out to our customer delight team, and they’ll enable your account to record in one of our supported languages. Your notes will generate into English, but our AI writing assistant can help translate them back to French, Spanish, Portuguese, or German. Talk about a multilingual meow-sterpiece!

Can I Customize My Note?

You bet your bottom you can! We understand that every veterinarian has their own unique flair, so customization is key. By default, anything not mentioned during your appointment will be labeled as “not mentioned.” You can change this to any phrase that tickles your fancy, like “normal” or “clear.”

Even better, our upcoming Adaptive Templates will let you upload PDFs with your custom fields and preferences, so you can tailor your notes to your heart’s content! For more details, check out our customization help docs here.

Can Other Members of My Care Team Use Scribenote?

Absolutely! Sharing is caring, after all! With our Teams Mode, all support staff under a paid Scribenote subscription can have their own profiles. To enable Teams Mode on your account, just reach out to our customer delight team to start adding your team members. This way, you can efficiently manage, subscribe, and access notes together—keeping your clinic running smoothly! Just a heads-up: additional DVMs will need additional subscriptions.
